Program Terms

Commission: 20–25% recurring monthly, based on your lifetime paid referral count. Tiers: 0–10 referrals = 20%, 11–25 = 22%, 26+ = 25% (maximum).
When commission starts: Only after the referred customer completes their first successful payment (after 14-day trial). Trial signups alone do not earn commission.
45-day holding period: Each payment must be at least 45 days old before commission becomes eligible for payout. This protects against refunds and chargebacks.
Payouts: Monthly, within 15 days after month-end. Minimum payout: $150. Paid via USD bank transfer (ACH for US, wire for international). International wire fees borne by affiliate. Affiliates must provide correct payout details — failed transfers may delay or forfeit payments.
Commission stops when: Customer cancels, payment fails, refund is issued, or dispute is filed. If a customer cancels and later resubscribes, no new commission is generated.
Upgrades/downgrades: If a referred customer changes plans, your commission adjusts to match the new plan rate.
Attribution: Last-click, 90-day same-device window (see full Affiliate Terms for details). One referral per customer, permanently.

Prohibited Methods (Immediate Termination)
× Paid search or display ads (Google Ads, Bing, Facebook Ads) — only ComplyAtlas runs paid ads
× Coupon, deal, cashback, or loyalty reward sites
× Spam of any kind — bulk email, Reddit/Facebook DMs, forum spam
× Self-referrals or referring fake/fraudulent accounts
× Impersonating ComplyAtlas or claiming to be an employee
× Incentivized signups (“sign up and I’ll pay you”)
× Domain squatting, cookie stuffing, pop-ups, or browser extensions
× Making guarantees or income claims about ComplyAtlas
Disclosure & Brand Requirements
You must disclose your affiliate relationship in any content where your referral link appears. Example: “This contains an affiliate link. I may earn a commission if you subscribe.”
You must represent ComplyAtlas accurately. Only make claims that appear on the official website. ComplyAtlas provides informational monitoring only — never claim it verifies, certifies, or guarantees compliance.
Termination: ComplyAtlas may deny commission, claw back paid commissions, or terminate affiliate accounts for violations. Program terms may be modified with 30 days notice.
